Hey There, I'm Linnie!
Hello lovebirds, and fellow humans, so glad you have arrived here! I'm Linnie, a Ann Arbor wedding, portrait, and engagement photographer (but packed and ready to travel). I love to laugh and bring light to peoples lives.
I have been a photographer for nearly a decade. I am a mom to my best friend, Frida. I love working hard for goals so I can tell my daughter how hard work pays off. I speak a little Spanish, I understand a lot more. I am a Canon girl for life. My dad gave me my first camera, I am grateful for his influence on my current career. I am a sucker for love stories, of all types. I have been in Michigan since birth, and I love this state.
The photos I take tell stories of love, of life, and of connection. Your love story is important, and how it is captured matters too. My couples photography is meant to showcase your love, your bond. I am known to do a mix of candid and traditional posing within my galleries. As I grow as a artist, and photographer I am moving into more documentary style photography.. My goal is to help even the most shy humans feel comfortable in front of the camera. True to color and slightly bold edits, I take pride in my photography style.
Things to know that I am there to capture your wedding day, but so much more. I am there to showcase the connection, the feelings, the love between you and your person. Your engagement photographs I am helping plan your session to be inspired by your love. I am there to help you fix a brides wedding dress, adjust your groomsmen tie, make sure you had a water too.
Past your wedding day, I am here for your anniversary photoshoots-since your love deserves celebration, often. I can't wait to help you announce your first child, and to capture your family as it grows. Your engagement, or wedding may just be the start of a friendship that can go on for years. My wedding packages start at $1800 and up. My average wedding client spends $3200. My wedding packages are fully customizable, and are at varied price points. My engagement photography packages start at $400. My highest package includes multiple locations. Two of my wedding packages include engagement photography sessions as well!
I can tell you what my previous clients have loved about me being their wedding photographer. I bring nothing but the absolute best vibes to your day, positivity and kindness are what I thrive on. I care about your big day, and how it goes, this is a day that you will remember forever.
I offer a 6 week wedding album turn around, as well as 24 hour sneak peeks. Nobody likes waiting 12+ weeks to see a photo of themselves on their wedding day, I refuse to let you make it two nights without seeing how amazing your wedding day photographed.
My photography style is timeless, it tells a story even your grandchildren will love to see. I have had a camera in my hand for almost 15 years, 5+ of which being a professional photographer. My experience is shown in both my product and client experience.
I know there are a lot of Ann Arbor Wedding Photographers, but there is only one me. My personality, attention to detail, and technical skills are my biggest offerings as the person photographing your important moments. Let's chat to see what makes me your photographer.
I like to do my couples engagement photographs by figuring out what matters to them as a couple. If you are more of a pizza and pepsi kind of couple, lets capture it. If you want dramatic landscapes, yes please. But scenery wise in Michigan these are some of my favorite spaces: Matthaei Botanical Gardens, Ann Arbor ; Crosswinds Marsh, New Boston ; Martindale Beach, Kensington Metropark, Olsen Park, Ann Arbor.
Although I love Ann Arbor, and all its views- It is not my exclusive photography spot. I shoot all over Michigan, and am expanding into destination weddings! I am from Ypsilanti, and Ann Arbor is the closest large city. If you want to know if I can shoot at your wedding location please hit Inquire to learn more.
All of my wedding packages include me ( Linnie) as your main photographer / hype woman. They include a photoshoot list for your wedding day, edited photographs, and a rights to your digital edits. For a few of my packages a second shooter is included, but you are always able to add a second photographer if you feel its needed. Some of my packages include prints, or albums. All of my packages can be customized, or tailored to both your need/budget.
My engagement photography packages include full print rights, one or two locations, and of course me as your dedicated photographer.
